The working process of the putty powder mixer is as follows: the materials of various components are measured according to the formula ratio and enter the putty powder mixer. The materials are mixed under the push of the belt shaped spiral blades. The outer screw belt pushes the material from one end, while the inner screw belt moves the material in the opposite direction. The inner material is pushed to one side and rolls from inside to outside, while the outer material is pushed to the other side and rolls inward. During the convection process, the two streams of material permeate and displace each other to mix, and during the rolling process on both sides, they mix repeatedly. Finally, the mixed material is discharged from the discharge door through the discharge control mechanism.
